BinRite has a variety of bin sizes to suit the needs of just about any project.
The most popular skip bin size is a 6 metre. In general, most people end up with more waste than they anticipated so we tend to recommend going with a slightly bigger size.
It is also worthwhile to put some thought into how you’re packing the waste into your skip bin efficiently. Quite often large or long objects can create dead space in the skip bin which prevents it from being packed efficiently.
Note that some sizes are not available for the heavier type of waste such as soil or concrete. The truck is unable to lift the larger bins if they’re completely full of very heavy material.
3 Cubic Metre Skip Bin (3m3)
A 3 metre skip bin is perfect for quick weekend clean up style jobs. Generally suitable if you’re trimming trees in the garden, removing a small fence or a small demolition project or just performing a general clean up. The 3 metre skip is the most affordable option.

4 Cubic Metre Skip Bin (4m3)
A 4 metre skip bin is also perfect for quick weekend clean up style jobs and has more space than the 3 metre skip. Generally suitable if you’re trimming trees in the garden, removing a small fence or a small demolition project or just performing a general clean up.

The 12 metre skip bin is our largest bin and requires a decent amount of space. The larger bins are commonly hired by builders or other commercial entities as well as private residential customers. It is suitable for larger projects. It’s still suitable for weekend clean ups but may also be beneficial for larger projects that take up to a week.
